Cabbage Settings window is short: not showed all available MIDI ports

Hi,

I tryed the beautiful version 2 of Cabbage: many and many thanks for this!!!

In the Settings menu, are not showed all available MIDI devices… (see image)

Yikes. I’ll take a look. That’s certainly not the intended way to view things!
