I can’t seem to get this to work. Files will open with CsoundQT if I request it, but not with cabbage.
Any help is much appreciated as ever!
How make .csd files open with Cabbage?
Although it’s fraught with danger(!), you can open standard .csd files with Cabbage. But you should make sure that the -odac, and -idac are removed from the CsOptions. Otherwise Cabbage and Csound will both try to open the audio devices at the same time. But really, YOu may als want to add an
f0 z
to the score so that it doesn’t stop at the end of performance.
Thanks for getting back Rory. I was only trying to open files I had made in Cabbage with the correct tags in their code. I’m on mac and on any version of Cabbage I have had I have not been able to “open with” Cabbage. No biggie. Cheers. Martin
