Yes, the correction of the bug is already in the [release notes](https://github.com/csound/csound/blob/develop/Release_Notes/Version_6.12.md) for the 6.12 release:

A very ocscure bug in running sub-instruments, which has been in the code for nearly a year, was fixed.

```
