Hey there,
I have just installed the Cabbage 3 vs extension and I have the above error.
I’m trying csds from the Cabbage 2 examples folder.
The csound extension is installed and pure csound code is highlighted as expected.
But all the cabbage section is showing compile errors.

What am I doing wrong?

macos 14.7.6
vscode 1.144.0

ok maybe I should have taken a look at the video docs:

[![](https://img.youtube.com/vi/3c-1U2vR54E/maxresdefault.jpg "3 - File structure in Csound 7 and Cabbage 3") ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3c-1U2vR54E)

is there some sort of converter from Cabbage2 files to the new format?
Or can I find them somewhere?

Yeah, try the Import Cabbage 2 file command menu, it’s been updated, so grab the latest vsCabbage extension to test it. It’s still a working progress, but should work Ok for most examples. 👍

I’m using Cabbage v3.0.20-beta, is it the last one?
I’m not finding the Cabbage 2 file command menu, not sure where to look at 🤔
