I do solo computer-based music projects – remixing, composition, arranging, loop-based dance mixes, and video+audio projects. I started out in the 80s with the original Yamaha DX7, and in the 90s with the original Cakewalk sequencer software for PC. Took a 11 year break and now I’m back with a Mac-based setup.

My current focus is on multi-media projects related to the period 1690-1710 in England, and especially London. I’m writing the first of a series of fiction books, and might expand into YouTube videos, podcast episodes, AMSR videos, and then who-knows-what. I also do some 2D and 3D modeling and animation in Blender.

My immediate need for Cabbage+CSound is to make VSTi instruments for realistic Baroque instruments, both real instruments and imagined-but-plausible. I want to refresh the music of that time and avoid “dusty museum” sounds like typical harpsichord. I will also be re-arranging the music, and even creating derivative compositions, maybe using arpeggiators or AI composers.

I am also interested in creating automated tools to humanize sequenced MIDI tracks. My plan is to build and train ML model based on MIDI-recorded human performance. I found a great corpus for classical piano music – an international piano competition.

By day, I work as a Data Scientist and Risk Modeler for Cyber Security.
