I ran into a similar issue also on 1.0.178 where I couldn’t set the audio input/output.

In the settings.json file I had to delete an extra backslash at the end of the following line which fixed the issue:
“systemAudioMidiIOListing": {\

After that I was able to run the audio input/output device commands.

Ah that’s great! No problem with spoilers. These will form part of the new website/docs when they are ready. I have another dozen or so videos to finish and upload. I’m not very comfortable in putting myself out there like this, but hopefully people will find them useful!
