Can we cs sound for commercial use

Hi I was wondering if it is ok for me to make a plugin and release it for free for everyone to use it

Of course, as long as you release your source code. You can even sell it if you like :+1: Csound has an LGPL license which means you can use it in private commercial projects. Cabbage is GPL, which means you must release your source code. If you don’t want to share your code you can purchase a pro version of Cabbage which will encrypt your .csd file so end users can’t read it.
