GUI in the foreground or background

Hi,
when I open the GUI of one of the Examples, the window always remains in the foreground, any other window remains covered, below this one.
Into the .csd file, what code should I change or add to disable this “forced foreground”?

For example this: Examples->Utilities->Oscilloscope

It’s in the settings, there is an alway on top setting that is enabled by default.
