If you’re hoping to build an interface to trigger/sequence synthesized sounds or samples, then that’s where cabbage will help you out.

You’re going for a kick drum type sound by the looks of things. That’s a good start. You might want to trigger the sounds with the MIDI keyboard rather than buttons. This way, it will be more accessible in a DAW.
