How to use JACK instead of ALSA

Hello !

I’m on Ubuntu 14.04. I hear too much unnecessary buzzes when I play real-time audio in csound.
I decided to give JACK a try instead of ALSA. I have successfully installed JACK and QjackCtl on my computer. But I can’t figure out how to set up cabbage for it.

Please help a noob out!!

Start Jack, then start Cabbage. Then go to Audio Settings in Cabbage and select Jack. Should be that simple. I use Jack all the time with Cabbage, but I don’t use QJackCtl at all. I use Cadence from KXStudio.
