Is there a way to visualize k type of signal in Cabbage + Csound ?
For instance, would it be possible to see the graphic result of the shape of a loopsegr from point 0 to point N , but also linseg, and maybe the content of tables ?
I did not find any thing showing ordinates value vs time (a scale would be great)
This would be so much helpful to understand many opcodes giving a varying result over time
You can write any k-rate variable to a table and display it with a gentable widget that’s constantly updating?
The example Utilities->RandomNumberGenerators in Cabbage 2 displays k-rate signals in a gentable. The same technique could be used for linsegs. It sounds like you are really after something that we can just send a linseg line which then displays a handy graph with a time and amplitude-scale. This doesn’t exist but I think a UDO could be constructed that could do this using gentable and labels.
