Stereo widening or Haas effect?

I looked through the Csound documentation and couldn’t find anything in regards to stereo widening. How would I go about making a Haas effect or something similar to widen a mono output into stereo instead? Would it just be applying a complete delay to one channel, and/or splitting them with an EQ curve? This is more of a DSP question I guess, but maybe there’s a good Cabbage example I haven’t found yet?
