Hi. I have cabbage installed on mac, but I am trying to do it on Ubuntu Studio 14.02.02.
I did all what the read me file told me too, then what I’ve learnt on this forum, but still gotta a problem. When I try to run it from ubuntu’s files menu this message pops up:
Fail to execute the son project “/home/marcelo/Cabage/cabbage-0.5.14/Builds/Linux/CabbageBuild/Cabbage”
(I am translating it from Portuguese).
Can you give me some help, please?

Ubuntu Studio Installation Problems
It would be best if you cloned the develop version from github and build that version yourself. But if you want to see why it’s not working, you should open a terminal and run ‘/home/marcelo/Cabage/cabbage-0.5.14/Builds/Linux/CabbageBuild/Cabbage’. See if it outputs any errors.
That’s quite an old version. Guillermo is right, clone the git repo, then checkout the develop branch and go from there. The build steps have even changed a bit since 5.14.
