Unable to access file menu when not full screen

This is on Win 10 with the latest update and the latest build of Cabbage. The funny thing is you can access it if you click on any other item first on the file menu, but it just disappears if you click on “file” first.

So like if you click on edit first, then you can slide over to file and it will stay open.

That’s odd. If you hold your mouse down you can move through the items. I’m not sure what’s going on there. I’ll take a look. It’s windows only. I just tried on OSX and there is no such issue…
