Just a few updates:

Resize and Preset combobox channels no longer appear in the list of automation lanes/tracks in the DAW. They are not to be automated, although it means one can no longer do this

Slider images are now cached to memory when first loaded. This stops Cabbage from load from disk the same image files if it happens to be used for multiple widgets. For example, if you have 20 sliders that use the same image, Cabbage now only loads the image once. This should speed up plugin load times.
