A bit off topic, but I had good results with Cabbage over internet with OBS-ninja (https://obs.ninja/), which is great for small number of participants, super easy to use and most importantly it enables high-res STEREO. But it requires some reading first and choosing the right settings. On Mac, I used blackhole (https://existential.audio/blackhole/, also from Homebrew https://existential.audio/blackhole/) to combine mic and Cabbage audio (via Mac’s aggregate device).
Version 2.3.44 loses audio input
